Guides
B2B prospecting guides
Methods you can apply tomorrow, with or without our platform: targeting, messaging, compliance, deliverability and buying signals.
Updated 2026-10-05
Outbound works when four things hold together: a precise target, a relevant moment, a message about the person’s situation, and sending infrastructure that lands in the inbox. If one of them gives way, the other three are wasted.
These guides take each piece in turn. They draw on what we see in our clients’ campaigns (SMEs, consulting firms, B2B software companies) and on official texts where they exist: guidance from the French data protection authority (CNIL), and the sender requirements published by Google and Yahoo. Sources are linked in the text.
Each guide stands on its own. If you are starting from scratch, follow the order below: define the target before writing, and check the legal and technical ground before sending. Technical terms are explained in the glossary.
