What "French" changes in practice
First, the data. A CRM holds your prospects' names, roles, emails and exchanges: that is personal data, even when professional. Hosting it in the European Union, with a vendor bound by GDPR and reachable in Paris, simplifies your records of processing, your answer to a prospect who objects, and your file when a customer asks where their information goes.
Then, the market. The buying signals the platform watches are those of the French market first: appointments, job postings, funding rounds, public contracts awarded, company legal registers. A prospect record can carry the legal form, headcount, executives and revenue of a French company, read from public registers.
Finally, the day to day. Support that answers in French and English, during French office hours, from the application or over video, from a team that knows formal and informal address, the title on a record, the format of a phone number and the public holidays. No processors outside the EU
Some building blocks (email sending, contact enrichment, page hosting) rely on contracted providers, some of them outside the Union. They are listed in our privacy policy with the applicable safeguards.
A label
The Sales Engine holds no "made in France" certification or label. The facts above can be checked: company registration, terms, privacy policy.
