B2B prospecting, one segment at a time

A consulting firm, a small company with no sales team and a SaaS vendor don't sell to the same person or at the same pace. The method stays the same; the target, the signals and the sequence change.

In short

The Sales Engine is a B2B prospecting platform built in France. It mainly serves five profiles: consulting firms, SMBs without a dedicated salesperson, B2B software vendors, agencies prospecting on behalf of clients, and regulated professions. For each, it adjusts the target, the buying signals it watches and the email + LinkedIn sequence, and every prospect is approved before anything is sent.

The principle never moves: describe the target, spot the companies that give you a reason to reach out now, approve each prospect, then run email and LinkedIn in a single thread until a meeting lands. What differs from one business to the next is who buys, what triggers the purchase and which tone fits.

Each page below starts from your situation: the problem we see most often, a sample target, the signals worth watching, a typical sequence and, plainly, the cases where the platform is not the right fit.

Pick your situation

  • Consulting firms

Stop relying on referrals alone and reach executives when a project opens up.

  • SMBs without a sales team

A prospecting system that runs without hiring, steered in minutes a day or handed to our team.

  • B2B SaaS

Feed the pipeline with accounts that are hiring, raising or switching tools, and sync everything to the CRM.

  • White-label agencies

Run prospecting for several clients, each in its own workspace and under its own name.

  • Regulated professions

Notaries, lawyers, accountants: a measured, low-volume approach that respects your professional rules.

Starting points to frame a first test, not rules: your market may respond differently.

What never changes, whatever the segment

  • You approve every prospect before the first message. Nothing goes out without you.
  • A message written for the person, anchored on their buying signal, reviewed before sending.
  • Email and LinkedIn in one thread: a reply on one channel stops the sequence on the other.
  • Replies are classified (interested, later, not for us) and meetings land on your booking page, then flow into your pipeline or CRM.
  • Self-serve or [managed](/en/managed-service): you run the platform, or our team runs it for you.

Prospecting today is an engineer's job. […] My CRM fills itself, and The Sales Engine more than lives up to its promise.

Frequently asked questions

My industry isn't listed. Can it still work?

Yes, as long as you sell to companies whose decision-makers have a business email or a LinkedIn profile. These five segments are the ones we see most, not a boundary. A thirty-minute demo is enough to look at your market.

Do different segments need different plans?

No. Plans differ by volume, not by industry. A first segment is often tested on Starter, then widened. Details are on the pricing page.

Can I target several segments at once?

Yes: each target (ICP) has its own criteria, signals and campaigns. Still, start with one sharp target, measure, then open the next.

Who writes the messages?

The platform drafts an opener for each prospect from their signal, in your style. You review it, and an automatic check goes over every campaign before launch.
